Ahanha of House Indoril
Race: Dunmer
Sex: Female
Age: 122
Occupation: Warrior-Bard and former Buoyant Armiger
Details:
From a very young age, Ahanha was raised to believe firmly in the Tribunal and the last king of the Chimer, Indoril Nerevar. She promised to join the ranks of the Ordination to protect her people just like Indoril did. At the ripe old age of 18, she joined the Ordination and started her ten year long training to officially become one. When she achieved her dream, she was honorable and protected her people wherever she could. Lord Vivec eventually noticed her cunning, kindness and bravery and had her join his elite task force, the Buoyant Armigers. Since then, she has had the liberty to travel wherever she pleased as long as it expanded her mind and led her to noble and honorable combat.
Very recently, Lord Vivec asked her to step down as an Armiger to serve Mala, the most recent Incarnate of Indoril Nerevar. She still maintained her contacts and trust with the Armigers, but she has dedicated herself to spreading the word about the rising Nerevarine. She occasionally returns to the Bastion of Dawn to make sure that the Red Wolves have faith in Mala's ability to lead them.
Thaementhal Darkmire
Race: Altmer
Sex: Male
Age: 1034
Details:
Once upon a time, there was a child, an Altmer child named Thaementhal. He was a happy child with two loving parents and a younger sister whom he adored. He lived in a lovely manse, with a well stocked library, and a beautiful garden full of carefully maintained herbs and flowers. His mother was a talented alchemist, and his father was a scholar who loved to read his children stories. The children were well taken care of, loved by not only their parents but also their servants and guards who lived in the small manse. The child was living a fairytale, but like all fairy tales, it ends.
They came from the shadows, the mists, and with them, they brought death. The guards of the manse fell without ever knowing their fate, their eye looking up into the moonless sky a few paces from their bodies. The Doors were torn from their hinges, and the screams began, servants falling to the floor, their throats were torn, and those were the lucky ones. Servants were gathered to the Library, and so was the beloved family. The Dark ones, the children of the Night, the Vampires, began to feed. They began to feed on the Servants, ripping out their organs one by one, making gruesome animalistic noises, causing the family to scream in terror. Then they turned on the family, the female child was taking away, while the Vampires took the mother to the center of the room and began their torture, forcing the father and son to watch. She was raped, mutilated, and torn apart all while she stayed alive till the very end. The father was next, torn apart, so slowly, so very slowly. The son was given a fate worse than death, though he was turned…
Years and centuries later, he had played many roles and gathered knowledge for the Daedric Prince Hermaeus Mora. He has a vast library, and at one point, he had become one of the leaders of a Dark Cult called the Crimson Razor. Though that time is gone, he had to sacrifice some of his power to hide from its cult leader. Though the cult is gone, he longs for companionship and people to talk to, for everyone has a story.
Fenrik
Race: Nord
Sex: Male
Age: 35
Occupation: Ex-Priest
Details:
Fenrik was once a priest of the Temple of Arkay, serving in eastern High Rock, the Reach in Skyrim, and north-western Craglorn. He was primarily a scholar, entrusted with curating religious texts and conducting research into religious history and other matters of note. In particular, his knowledge of the Daedric curses saw him recently assigned to work closely with the Temple in the Reach, which was dealing with a suspected werecreature presence in the area.
While travelling with a group from the Temple to retrieve and interrogate a captured werewolf, Fenrik was ambushed and nearly killed by a group of Reachmen working with a coven of Hircine followers and werecreatures. He was taken in and healed by Angela; but, while asleep, his memories were erased and altered. He now believes he was ambushed by Reachmen, then saved and nursed back to health by a group of werecreatures and vampires, who were in turn slaughtered in an attack by the Temple of Arkay - which he tried to resist, but to no avail.
Tricked into believing these events were real, Fenrik is now disillusioned with the Temple and is considerably less hostile to werecreatures and vampires. He believes he travelled south to Cyrodiil with the aid of a woman he encountered in Skyrim, a memory that is partially accurate. From there, after meeting with Al’asan, he was given a place to stay in the Bastion, where he now resides - though under constant watch, even though he does not know it.
Diagna
Race: Crow Daedra
Sex: Male
Age: Unknown
Occupation: Crow, Local Scout, Nest-Builder, Food-Eater
Details:
Diagna is a Crow Daedra bound to the Bastion of Dawn by Liriel, and named by Lorekeeper Bastion. Tasked with patrolling the Bastion and its outskirts from the sky, he performs his duty diligently and without distraction - unless he happens to spot food, or something shiny. The limits of his binding spell allow him to only travel so far from the main hall of the Bastion of Dawn, defined as the distance he can cover flying at top speed in a straight line for thirty minutes.
Despite not needing to eat to survive, he enjoys eating a wide variety of food, but in particular nuts, insects, eggs, and all kinds of meat (even mortal meat). He warms up quickly to those who feed him or have fed him, and as a result has developed a liking for Bastion. Still, like many Daedra, he tends to view mortals with an inkling of arrogance, even though he believes himself an ordinary crow.
He has set up his nest in the courtyard of the Bastion of Dawn, in the rafters of the stables.
RP Guide:
Diagna is unable to speak any languages, though he can communicate with other crows and animalistic Daedra, as well as his summoner Liriel. While possessing some intelligence, he isn’t very much smarter than an ordinary animal, and as such finds it difficult to understand more complex or abstract things. He possesses many bird-like instincts, such as being scared into taking flight easily. Like many crows and Crow Daedra, he has a fascination with shiny objects, and has a tendency to pick up and hoard such objects in his nest. He will also gladly accept any food, which he will devour as cleanly as he is able.
Diagna has been instructed by Liriel to obey the orders of any contracted member of the Red Wolf Company, and in order for him to recognise them, she has shown him pictures of all of their faces. If he is given an order by someone who matches the appearance of one of these people, he will follow it - unless he’s literally unable to, or unless he’s been asked to seriously hurt or kill any member of the Company or its allies, which he has been instructed not to do. He might still peck people somewhat, though.
